This handy utility is for web designers and phone application developers to help select colours.Using the sliders the amount of primary colours red, green and blue can be adjusted and the resulting colour mixes displayed. The value for each primary colour (0 to 255) is displayed along with the combined colour value in hexidecimal (0xfff5ff in the attached screen shot).
Tap the coloured circles display to change between different displays.

This is a Qt applicaton which uses the Nokia Smart Installer. When installing on Symbian^1 devices the Nokia Smart Installer may download Qt software libraries (if they have not already been installed). Your permission will be asked before installation. Qt libraries take approx 3 minutes to download over a 3G connection. On Symbian^3 devices this is not needed as Qt is already installed.
On Maemo devices (such as N900) no additional download is needed as Qt is already installed.
